Kimono, Swimmie, Shorts, Bag and Earrings all c/o Lulus

When I think of a trip to the beach, I always think of the essentials! Well, besides all the snacks and drinks (preferably a man tai ;). I like to always bring layers to the beach. I took this entire Lulus look on our recent trip to Hawaii and it was the perfect look for hours of fun!

First of all, you need the perfect one piece swimmie. Going through IVF has shown me a new appreciation for high waist and one piece swimsuits. This orange swimmie is the cutest! Love the little knot detail.

I also love to have a pair of jean shorts with me. Makes for sitting in the sand and heading to a beachside lunch easy and comfortable! These are BY FAR the best pair of denim shorts I have EVER owned. Not even kidding!

A kimono is also a must for the beach! You can lay it flat and sit on it if need be, or wrapped around you if the temps drop or winds pick up as you head to dinner straight from the beach. I love how put together I feel when I throw a kimono on!

And of course you need a cute bag, right?! This woven tote is amazing for throwing your sandals, sunscreen and other goodies in. This bag is currently waitlisted but so worth the wait!

Oh, and if you want to dress up your beach look for a fun dinner out, just add this pair of shell earrings! I wore them constantly on the trip. So cute!

Thank you to Lulus for sponsoring this post!
